# Account Management Overview

> Manage profile details, password, subscriptions, billing, quotas, and team access from the account area.

Account management in Kommon Poll is split across two main places:

- **Account page** - profile details, password, subscriptions, billing, and teams.
- **Usage Quota page** - saved search usage, instant search usage, social tracking credits, mention usage, and activity tables.

Use these pages when you need to update personal details, confirm billing status, review plan limits, or manage team access.

## What You Can Manage

The account area covers:

- **Account details** - display name, first name, last name, email, and phone.
- **Password** - current password, new password, and confirmation.
- **Subscriptions** - active and historical subscriptions linked to your account.
- **Billing** - online invoices, manually issued invoices, payment transactions, and outstanding balances.
- **Usage quota** - saved searches, instant searches, social tracking credits, and monthly mentions.
- **Teams & collaborations** - teams you belong to, team members, roles, and member removal when permitted.
- **Team switching** - the active team used by searches, quotas, saved searches, integrations, and account context.

## Quick Navigation

- Open account details: click your profile card in the left sidebar.
- Update password: click your profile card, then use the **Password** card.
- View subscriptions: click your profile card, then scroll to **Subscriptions**.
- View billing: click your profile card, then scroll to **Billing**.
- View quota usage: click **Usage Quota** in the left sidebar.
- Switch teams: click the team name under your profile in the left sidebar, then choose a team.
- Review team access: click your profile card, then scroll to **Teams & collaborations**.

## Permission Notes

Some account management actions depend on your role, team membership, and subscription state.

- You can update your own profile details and password.
- Subscription actions depend on the subscription provider, status, and plan rules.
- Manual subscriptions may show details but require support to make changes.
- Team member removal appears only when you can manage that team.
- Team owner usage views show team-wide activity; non-owner users may only see their own activity.

## Common Messages

- **No subscriptions found** - no subscriptions are linked to the account yet.
- **No invoices found** - no online or manually issued invoices are linked to the account yet.
- **You're not part of any teams yet** - the account has not been added to a team.
- **Team invitations are currently disabled** - new invitations cannot be sent from this page.
- **Usage updated just now** - quota information has finished loading.
- **Could not refresh usage metrics** - the quota page could not load the latest usage information.
