> Connect a Slack workspace so Slack can be selected for notification delivery.

# Setting Up a Slack Destination

A Slack workspace must be connected before Slack can be used for Kommon Poll notification delivery.

Slack connections can be accessed from:

**Settings -> Notification Rules -> Destinations**

## Slack Destination

On the **Destinations** page, locate the **Slack** section.

If a Slack workspace has not yet been connected, the Slack destination will display:

**Not configured**

and:

**No saved destinations**

From here, click **Manage Slack** to open the Slack Integration settings.

## Connecting a Slack Workspace

To connect Slack:

1. Go to **Settings -> Notification Rules -> Destinations**
2. Locate the **Slack** section
3. Click **Manage Slack**
4. On the **Slack Integration** page, click **Connect with Slack**
5. Follow the Slack authorization process to connect your workspace

Once the connection is completed, the Slack workspace becomes available for supported Kommon Poll notification delivery.

## What Happens When You Connect?

When you connect a Slack workspace, Kommon Poll can:

- Securely store the connected Slack workspace and bot credentials
- Send supported notification alerts directly to Slack
- Maintain a single Slack workspace connection per Kommon Poll user

> **Note:** Slack workspace connections are managed per Kommon Poll user.

## Managing Your Slack Connection

To review or manage your existing Slack workspace connection, go to:

**Settings -> Notification Rules -> Destinations -> Slack**

Click:

**Manage Slack**

This opens the **Slack Integration** page, where you can review the current Slack connection and access the available workspace management options.

## Using Slack for Notifications

Connecting Slack makes it available as a notification destination.

Notification rules themselves are configured separately.
