The Kompanion screen provides a user-friendly interface for interacting with the Kommon Poll platform. It includes four main options: QnA, Suggest, Theme, and Summary. Each option serves a distinct purpose, helping you navigate and utilize the platform efficiently.
- QnA – The QnA (Questions and Answers) section is designed to help you find answers to any questions you might have about using Kommon Poll. Click on the “QnA” button to open the QnA section. Type your question or query in the text box provided at the bottom of the screen where it says, “Tell me what you want to know. “Press the blue arrow button to submit your question. The platform will provide answers or guide you to relevant resources within the platform.
- Suggest – Click on the “Suggest” button to open the suggestion form. The “Suggest” button provides two ways to interact with the Kommon Poll team. Click the “Submit” button to send your input to the Kommon Poll team.
- Theme – Click on the “Theme” button to open the form. At the bottom of the page, enter a keyword or theme and brand you’re interested in analyzing. Click the blue arrow button to start the analysis.
- Summary – The enhanced summary feature in Kommon Poll provides a comprehensive overview of the selected data, including detailed information about individual posts or mentions.
- Provide Context of Your Brand and What You Want to Achieve This option invites you to share information about your brand, its goals, and objectives. By clicking on this box, you can input details about your brand’s identity, target audience, mission, and desired outcomes.
- Tell Me What You Want to Know This option allows you to directly input your specific queries or requests. Instead of providing background information about your brand, you can directly ask questions related to the platform’s functionalities, data analysis, or any other relevant topic.
- Negative Summary – This option displays a summary of all mentions with negative sentiment, highlighting key points and providing examples.
- Positive Summary – This option presents a summary of all mentions with positive sentiment, including key themes and examples.
