- Enter Recipient Email – In the “Recipient email” field, type the email address where you want to receive the reports.
- Add/Delete Recipients – Use the “Add” button to include additional email addresses or the “Delete” button to remove existing ones.
- Enable Daily Reports – Check the box next to “Daily reports” to receive daily email summaries. Description :This option sends an email each day comparing the performance of your search results from the previous day to the day before.
- Enable Weekly Reports – Check the box next to “Weekly reports” to receive weekly email summaries. Description This option sends an email each week comparing the performance of your search results from the previous week to the week before.
- Select Day – Choose the day of the week you prefer to receive these reports by selecting from the dropdown menu (e.g., Monday).
- Enable Monthly Reports – Check the box next to “Monthly reports” to receive monthly email summaries. Description : This option sends an email each month comparing the performance of your search results from the previous month to the month before.
- Select Date – Choose the date you prefer to receive these reports by selecting from the dropdown menu.
- Enable Spike Alerts – Check the box next to “Spike alerts” to receive notifications about unusual activity.
- Set Frequency – Enter the frequency threshold (e.g., 100) to specify how often you want to be alerted.
- Set Count – Increase Use the dropdown menu to set the percentage increase that will trigger an alert.
- Reach increase – Input the numerical value (e.g., 100) to set the threshold for reach increase alerts. This value indicates the minimum increase in reach that will trigger an alert.
- Save Button – After configuring all your preferences, click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
- Search Saved Tab – You will see a tab called “Search saved,” indicating that you have successfully saved a search.
