- Search Bar – Enables you to search for specific mentions or refine existing search criteria.
- Sorting Dropdown – The Sorting dropdown allows you to filter mentions based on different levels of influence.
- Influence Score – This is the default filter, ranking mentions based on their potential impact. Ranks mentions based on a calculated score that considers factors like reach, engagement, and source authority.
- Relevance – The Relevance filter sorts mentions based on how closely they relate to your search terms or saved searches. Typically, the most relevant mentions will appear at the top of the list. This filter helps you prioritize mentions that are most pertinent to your interests.
- Positive to Negative – This filter sorts mentions based on sentiment, with positive mentions appearing first, followed by neutral and negative mentions. This is helpful for identifying trends in public opinion or for focusing on positive or negative feedback.
- Negative to Positive – This filter is the opposite of the Positive to Negative filter. It sorts mentions from most negative to most positive, allowing you to prioritize addressing negative sentiment or identifying areas for improvement.
- Oldest to Newest – This filter sorts mentions by date, with the oldest mentions appearing first. This is helpful for historical analysis or identifying long-term trends.
- Newest to Oldest – This filter sorts mentions by date, with the most recent mentions appearing first. This is useful for staying up-to-date with the latest conversations and trends.
- Expand the Mention – Click on the three-dot icon (ellipsis) located within the mention card to expand the mention Card.
- View the Post – Select the option to access the original post or content where the mention appears.
- Add Tags – Utilize the “Add Tags” option to categorize the mention with relevant keywords for future reference and filtering.
- Add to PDF – Choose the “Add to PDF” option to include the mention in a downloadable PDF report.
- Respond to the Mention – Click “Respond” to engage with the author of the mention by leaving a comment or reply.
- Share with Team- Use the share option to distribute the mention to relevant team members for collaboration or further action. Shared mentions will be accessible under the “Workflow” tab for further action.
- Source – The platform where the mention originated (e.g., Facebook, YouTube).
- Date – The date when the mention was published.
- Content – A brief summary or excerpt of the mention’s text.
- Sentiment – A qualitative assessment of the mention’s tone (e.g., Positive, Neutral, Negative).
- Influence – A numerical score indicating the potential impact or reach of the mention. This is often calculated based on factors like the source’s authority, audience size, and engagement levels.
- Reach – An estimate of the number of people potentially exposed to the mention.
