- Search Setting This option allows you to manage the settings of your saved searches, including modifying search criteria and filters. Click on the “Search Setting” button next to the saved search. Adjust the search criteria, and any other settings as needed to refine your search results.
Managing Search Queries The main section shows the current search query with conditions combined using logical operators like “AND” and “OR”.Each condition is a specific criterion that the search must meet. These can be keywords, phrases, or other parameters.
- Adding a New Condition Click the “Add Rule” button to create a new condition. Choose the appropriate logical operator (AND/OR) to combine this new condition with the existing ones.
- Removing a Condition Identify the condition you want to remove. Click the “Delete” button next to the condition.
- Save & Search After making all necessary changes, click the “Search” button to execute the updated query.
- Adding Official Accounts Adding official accounts to your analysis allows you to distinguish between organic and official mentions more accurately. This helps in analyzing and interpreting data separately for better insights.
- Platform Click on the dropdown menu labeled “Select a platform”.Choose Platform: Select the appropriate platform from the list provided.
- Account Select the Account Click on the dropdown menu labeled “Select an account Name”.Select the relevant account associated with the chosen platform.
- Submit the Selection Click on the “Submit” button to add the selected account. Once submitted, you will see the accounts added to the list on the right side of the interface.
- Filter by Sentiment Refine search results based on the sentiment of the content (positive, neutral, negative). Check the boxes for Positive, Neutral, and/or Negative to include content with those sentiments in your search results.
- Select Sources Using Search Filters Select Sources Choose specific sources from which you want to gather information.Click on the dropdown menu labeled “Select Sources” and pick the sources relevant to your search.
- Select Countries Narrow down search results to specific countries.Use the “Select Countries” dropdown to select the countries from which you want to gather information.
- Select Languages Filter results based on the language of the content.Click on the “Select Languages” dropdown and choose the languages you want to include in your search results.
- Select Domains Focus your search on specific domains or websites. Click on the “Select Domains” dropdown and enter the domains you want to include in your search.
- Select Author Filter results based on the language of the content.Click on the “Select Languages” dropdown and choose the languages you want to include in your search results.
- Filter by Mention TypeFilter results based on the type of mention (e.g., social media posts, news articles).Use the “Filter by Mention Type” dropdown to select the types of mentions you want to include.
- Save Filters Saves your filter configuration for future use. This allows you to quickly apply your preferred search criteria without having to reconfigure them each time, streamlining your analysis and saving time.
