- Connect with a Social Account You will see a prompt to connect with a social account. Click the Logo button under the respective social media platform (e.g., Facebook).You will be redirected to the social media login page. Enter your login credentials and follow the prompts to authorize Kommon Poll to access your account. Once connected, you will be brought back to the Kommon Poll Social Linking screen.
- Social Tracking The Social Tracking feature in Kommon Poll enables you to monitor social media activities by tracking URLs or hashtags related to platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Manually Tracking You can also manually track social media by selecting the social media platform from the dropdown menu and entering the required details, such as URL, date, time, and interaction metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments).
