Usage Quota & Activity
Track saved search usage, instant search usage, social tracking credits, mentions, and activity records.
Track plan usage, remaining quota, monthly mention consumption, and account activity from the Usage Quota page.
The Usage Quota page shows how your account or active team is consuming Kommon Poll limits.
Open Usage Quota
- Go to the left sidebar.
- Click Usage Quota.
- Wait for the status message to finish loading.
- Review the quota cards at the top of the page.
The status area can show:
- Loading usage metrics...
- Usage updated just now
- Could not refresh usage metrics
Quota Cards
The top of the page can show:
- Saved Search Quota - how many saved searches are used against the available saved search allowance.
- Instant Search Quota - how many instant searches are used against the available instant search allowance.
- Social Tracking Credits - how many tracking credits are used across connected social platforms.
- Mentions Used - how many mentions have been consumed for the current month.
Progress bars show how much of each allowance has been used.
Mentions Used
The Mentions Used card counts mentions consumed by the active team for the current month.
If a monthly limit is configured, the card shows used mentions against the limit. If no limit is configured, it shows the usage count and indicates that the limit is not set.
Review Your Activity
- Open Usage Quota from the left sidebar.
- Scroll to User Activity.
- Review the chart and the Your Activity table.
The Your Activity table can show:
- Keyword - the query or keyword used.
- Time - when the activity was recorded.
- Mentions count - how many mentions were returned or consumed.
Filter Your Activity By Date
- Open Usage Quota.
- Go to Your Activity.
- Choose a From date.
- Choose a To date.
- Click Filter.
If the date range is invalid, the page can warn that the start date cannot be later than the end date. If no records match, it can show that no activity was found for the selected date range.
Team Owner Usage Views
Team usage details are shown to users with team owner access.
Team owner views can include:
- Team Usage Overview - usage totals by team member.
- Team's Activity - team activity records by user, keyword, time, and mentions count.
- Team's Saved Searches - saved search records by user, title, keyword, and time.
The Team Usage Overview table can show:
- User
- Searches
- Mentions
- Saved searches
- Last activity
Filter Team Usage By User
- Open Usage Quota as a team owner.
- Find Filter by user in the Team Usage Overview area.
- Choose a team member.
- Review the updated chart and team tables.
- Choose All team members to return to the full team view.
Filtering applies to team activity tables and the team usage chart.
Exporting Activity Tables
Where table controls are available, activity tables can include copy and Excel download actions. Use these controls when you need to share usage records with finance, operations, or team owners.
Troubleshooting
- If quota cards keep loading, refresh the page.
- If credits cannot load, check that the active team is correct.
- If mention usage cannot load, try again after the page finishes loading account context.
- If team tables are missing, confirm that you have team owner access.
